His professional experience spans 35 years and includes work on a broad range of projects including custom homes, residential and commercial alterations and additions, multi-family rehabs, new multi-family, retail, office, and industrial. Past clients have included private owners, builders / contractors, local business owners, developers, religious organizations, housing authorities, and nonprofit agencies.

What to Expect

I am personally involved on all of my projects. My main tenet is to “Listen to the client!!” I also incorporate their ideas into the designs and/or advise of better ways to meet their goals. On all projects, I strive to produce creative design solutions to meet client functional needs, spatial requirements, and the construction budget. All facets of the project should be considered from start to finish, including specific client requirements, project context, sustainable (or "green") design features, site features, views, solar orientation, zoning restraints, etc.

I have an extensive amount of experience on Alteration and Addition Projects and enjoy the added challenge to seamlessly integrate the new building features with the existing structures.

During the design process, I use Three-Dimensional CAD software to help clients envision their projects and see the possibilities! This is an invaluable tool!

Project Team

I have successfully managed many projects requiring additional professional services. These services have included, but are not limited to, Structural Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, Landscape Design, Site / Civil Engineering, and Interior Design. I maintain a network of these professional associates to assist on projects when needed.
